An Equal Opportunity Employer

We are an equal oppurtunity employer and will not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, genetic information, age, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, sexual orientation, height, weight, veteran or marital status or mental and physical handicaps or any other category protected by law.

Michigan law requires employers to make accommodations to handicapped applicants and employees where the accommodation does not impose an undue hardship on the employer. Handicapped employees and applicants may request an accommodation of their handicap by notifying the facility in writing of the needs for accommodation within 182 days of the date the handicapper knows or should know that an accommodation is needed. Failure to properly notify the facility will preclude any claim that the employer failed to accommodate the handicapper. This requirement does not waive an individual’s right under the Title 1 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended.
